CTM always strives to provide more choices and more flexible service to you. In effect immediately, the combination of User ID will extend from 3 to 8 characters to 3 to 13 characters and the current User ID will not be affected. As normal, all characters in the User ID must be in lower case without any space or symbol and the first character should be in English characters between a-z.
