Lycos MSN           CTM Notice 2010-03-22 In order to further enhance the service quality, CTM will conduct an upgrade to its Internet network on 23 March 2010, 22:00 till 24 March 2010, 08:00. During the aforesaid period, partial broadband Internet access may be interrupted intermittently for 20 minutes. Thank you for your kind attention. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Notice 2009-07-14 To further enhance Internet service quality, CTM will conduct an upgrade to its E-Mail system on 15 July and 29 July 2009, 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. respectively. During the upgrade process, E-mail receiving service will be suspended, all new incoming e-mails will be saved in the e-mail server which will be delivered to customers after the upgrade project, whereas, E-mail sending service will remain in normal operation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may caused. Internet E-Mail system upgrade 2009-03-09 To further enhance Internet service quality, CTM will conduct an upgrade to its Internet E-mail System on 12 March 2009 between 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. During the aforementioned period, E-mail receiving service will be suspended, whereas E-mail sending service will remain normal. All incoming e-mails will be saved in the e-mail server and will be delivered to customers upon completion of the upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Internet Broadband Network upgrade 2009-03-03 To further enhance Internet service quality, CTM will conduct an upgrade to its Internet Broadband Network on 4 March 2009 between 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. During the aforementioned period, Internet service via broadband access will be suspended for 5 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Internet Broadband Network upgrade 2008-11-19 In order to further enhance Internet service quality, CTM will conduct an upgrade project to its Internet Broadband Network on 24 November from 6:00am to 7:00am. During the aforesaid period, Internet access via broadband will be interrupted approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
