CTM Internets new service Broadband DIY Installation plan is launched now. New customers who choose to install the Broadband Service with existing line and apply this DIY service are entitled to enjoy the special offers provided to new Broadband customers during the time of the registration.

Broadband Internet account will be activated on the second working day after receiving the Broadband equipment (included one Modem, one Power adapter, one Micro-filter, one ADSL Cable (RJ11) and one Cross/Straight Ethernet LAN Cable (RJ45)). The charge for the Broadband DIY account will start on the same date when the account is activated. If customer is unable to install the service successfully, please contact the No. 1 Hotline: 1000 immediately for arranging the on-site support. In case CTM on-site visit is needed and the fault is not originated from CTM, customer will be charged for the Installation fee (MOP350) and the customer is entitled to any Installation Fee discount provided to new Broadband customers during the time of the registration (if there is any). Customer needs to pay deposit of MOP300 for the registration of the Broadband DIY Installation.
