IP Sharing facility and additional PC installation is applicable to Internet Business Solution that needs extra charges in addition to existing tariff. PC installation is inclusive of software configuration only.
Remarks:
- The Business Broadband connection includes the set-up of the LAN interface of the ADSL modem and its standard configuration only, excluding any accommodation made on customer's equipment (i.e. PC Installation, network setting). Should the customer make any future change on the standard setting of the ADSL modem, then CTM will not be held liable. Gateway IP address is restricted to serve for setting path specification only.
- Existing Residential Broadband customer applying for service removal to commercial building/apartment must change to Business Broadband / Business New Broadband service and comply with the relative tariff.
Notes:
- Customers are bounded by the Terms & Conditions of the Service provided by CTM at www.cyberctm.com.
- The service is not applicable to ISP(s) except for internal use.
- Any company that subscribes Business Broadband Service is allowed to share or connect the Service with other personal computers located within the same company at the same address/location. The Broadband Service is not allowed to be shared with any of its affiliated companies, associated companies or subsidiaries, whether partially or wholly owned. The bandwidth (download/upload) speed will be influenced by the quantity of shared PC. CTM shall only perform on-site support to the software and hardware provided by CTM.
- Except Note 3, The service bandwidth is not allowed to be shared by any individual(s) or entity(ies) directly or indirectly for pecuniary, beneficial gains or any other purposes.
- Total charge is equal to the sum of the monthly charge and the additional usage charge by hour after the free hours (if applicable) are used up.If the actual monthly usage is below the free usage hours included in the monthly usage charge, the monthly charges should be due.
- The charging unit is one minute for duration.
- Customer may apply to increase the E-mail box storage but is required to pay additional charge according to the approved tariff.
- Customer has to apply in advance to increase e-mail storage.
- Equipment's connection, setting and registration of IP address and software are included.
- Includes 24 hours x 7 days dedicated Internet connection, unlimited data transfer, maintenance of IP and domain name.
- Include IP sharer.
- Customer who has used at least one year of CTM Fixed Line Telephone Service, one year of Mobile Service or one year of Internet services with no termination of service (TOS) record and no current overdue debts towards CTM may be waived the deposit fee for the application of the Service.
- CTM shall have the right anytime to require the Customer to provide a deposit to CTM as security payment of all charges hereunder for the use of the Broadband Services and for any loss of damage incurred or sustained by CTM as result of any non observance or non performance on the part of the customer of any terms, conditions or obligation under these terms and conditions. The amount of the deposit shall be determined by CTM at its sole discretion.
- Deposit will be refunded automatically when:
a) Customer has subscribed CyberCTM Broadband for one year; or
b) Customer terminated CyberCTM Broadband
- Prior to reconnecting the service, CTM may request a deposit to be made if service was disconnected due to outstanding payment.
