    !! This expression alludes to irritation and itching caused by infesting insects burrowing  under the skin.（這種表達暗示了由於大量小蟲侵入皮下，引起刺激和瘙癢。）

    !! Although not as much used, the expression can also mean being obsessed, addicted or  affected by someone, usually with deep [romantic] feelings.（儘管使用不多，但該表達還可能意味着被某人所迷戀、上癮或受到其影響，通常會產生深切“浪漫”感情。）
