In order to further enhance telecommunication services quality, CTM will conduct the following maintenanceand upgrade project between 12th and 15th December 2017:

CTM Convergent Rating and Billing System upgrade

Some services of Mobile Prepaid Platform may be interruptedincluding:
- USSD code access for roaming data barring, data plan subscription, data plan checking, balance enquiry and top-up,
outbound roaming call back;

- New card activation, balance enquiry and top-up, VAS application through IVRS system;

- Balance enquiry and top-up, VAS application via CTM eService Portal;  - Balance enquiry via CTM Buddy;

- SMS service through MobiWeb

Other services will remain normal.
